An illustration for a children's book. The type went in the empty space on the whale's belly. The story tells about a little seahorse that claims to sneeze the loudest. But- there sure are others who sneeze louder. Mr. Whale just blows them all away. This piece is from a little while ago and I stumbled over it in my archive. I still like the drawing.
