Logostamp 2 - Aylin Yildirim, Architect

Process:

Final:

The logo is a construction of modular elements. The concept of the logo thus refers to this fundamental concept in architure: building complex structures by means of simple units. One might also see a classic angle-shaped roof in the letter "A", again referring to architecture. Furhter, there is a positive upward-pointing arrow, if you will. It is made up of the "A" for the arrowhead and the left line of letter "Y" for the shaft - architects often deal not only with bricks and cement but also conceptual diagrams elaborating spaces, relations and directions.

Dear Roman,

thank you very much for this! I especially like the fact that it is functional yet at the same time makes you admit that "ornament is NOT crime".

Best wishes from Boston!
